Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our website is powered by Big Cartel and payment processing hosted by Stripe and PayPal, professional third-party vendors. We do not see, collect or share your financial information.

Are there other ways to pay?
Payment can also be made via Venmo. Please contact us to make arrangements.

Do you collect sales tax?
We are required by law in Pennsylvania to collect 7% sales tax on all taxable goods.

Can you tell me about the shipping process?
Shipping, pickup and delivery options vary from item to item, so please check the item description for details. We try to offer free shipping when possible. When free shipping is not possible, usually due to size or weight, it will be clearly marked. We ship to the continental United States using the carrier best suited to handle your particular package. Unless otherwise specified, we fulfill and ship orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number. *International buyers, including residents of Alaska and Hawaii, should contact us for an updated shipping quote prior to purchase.

Can I pick up my order?
Customers can choose free pickup at our Steel Valley workshop, which is located in 15120 near the Waterfront shopping center.  *Please contact us or add a note to your order to make arrangements.

Can you deliver my order?
For Pittsburgh-area residents, we can quickly and easily deliver any item right to your door for a modest fee. *Please contact us or add a note to your order to make arrangements and receive a separate delivery invoice.

Can you install or help me display my object?  
Yes! For a reasonable fee we can professionally install and display your object in your home, office, restaurant or business. From hanging a heavy sign on the wall to professionally mounting and lighting a piece of art, we have the tools and know-how.  *Please contact us for more information. 

What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy! While the objects in our online shop are carefully photographed, measured and presented in an honest manner, we understand that sometimes the item just doesn't work within the context you had in mind. We will issue a store credit for items returned in the same, unbroken and unaltered condition in which they were sold. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. You will be responsible for any return shipping or delivery costs. 

What if my object was damaged or lost in the mail?
On the rare occasion your object arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Please be prepared to provide clear photographs of both the packaging and item so we can initiate an insurance claim with the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for misplaced or stolen packages which were shown to have been delivered by the carrier. Should this occur, we advise you to inquire with neighbors or the local delivery person, or with law enforcement if theft is suspected.
